I have 8 years of experience working in the mental health sector across various roles within the NHS and private sector. I’ve also completed a Level 1 qualification in Islamic counselling, which allows me to offer a faith-based and spiritual approach for clients who would find this helpful in navigating their challenges. My approach is a balance of practical strategies and meaningful conversations tailored to your unique needs. When working with me, we’ll explore what may be holding you back from achieving a specific goal, why it's affecting you, and techniques to help you move forward. I work with your autonomy in mind—giving you space to guide the sessions and explore more deeply what’s standing in the way of your happiness and progress. Outside of work, I love reading and going for walks, especially because being outdoors and in nature feels therapeutic to me. I also enjoy trying different foods from various cultures and absolutely love travelling. Together, we’ll work on building clarity, confidence, and resilience to face life with more intention.
