I have been helping adults with common mental health difficulties to improve their quality of life and reclaim the spring in their step for 7 years. Although I specialise in CBT, I draw upon other evidence base practices. I take great pride in creating a warm, safe and judgement free space for my clients. I have worked with individuals with differing sexualities and gender identities, cultural and spiritual backgrounds and neurodivergences.
