About me

My approach is collaborative, structured and highly empathic and compassionate.

I offer a safe and non judgmental space for you to explore your difficulties and find a way forward using CBT techniques.

I also incorporate CFT and MBCT techniques into treatment sessions. I have supported hundreds of client's in the NHS with a wide variety of concerns.

These include but are not limited to: depression, stress, burnout, OCD, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, BDD, low self-esteem, perfectionism, perinatal anxiety/depression and adjusting to long term health conditions.

I have experience and extra training to support client's with ADHD and ASD, and I am sensitive to making adaptations to ensure therapy is accessible.

I've worked collaboratively with hospital settings and have particular expertise in supporting client's with emotional eating and weight/body image concerns and low self-esteem.

In addition I have expertise in working with client's that have any long term physical health condition and are distressed about having the condition, or finding it difficult to adjust to and accept changes to their health status.
