Book a sessionI am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a background in psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate level, alongside specialist postgraduate training in health psychology and addictions. I have experience working in the NHS and private practice settings, supporting adults with a range of mental health and wellbeing difficulties. I specialise in CBT for anxiety, stress, burnout, and health-related difficulties. My approach supports both mental and physical health through a preventative, long-term focus on sustainable functioning and wellbeing. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, and sleep difficulties, and I have specialist training in supporting clients living with long-term health conditions, health anxiety, and adjustment to illness. Many clients I work with feel mentally and physically depleted or overwhelmed by ongoing demands. I provide a structured, collaborative, and compassionate space that integrates traditional CBT with modern third-wave approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based techniques. My aim is to offer a calm and supportive environment where you can slow down, reflect, and work towards meaningful, sustainable change. I offer online sessions in both English and German, working flexibly to accommodate busy schedules, including some after-work and weekend appointments.
