About me

Linda is passionate about helping people with all mental health difficulties move forward within their lives. Linda also provides life coaching for those whom want to achieve a particular goal. The type of therapy Linda offers is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (BABCP Accredited), EMDR Practitioner, Neurolinguistics Practitioner and Integral Eye Movement Therapy. Linda enjoys learning and has attended various other courses such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Linda adapts the way she works to ensure that whomever she works with receives what they need from herself as a therapist to move forward and live their best lives. Linda has 20 years working within the NHS initially as a Mental Health Nurse and then as a psychotherapist. During this time Linda worked with adults, children and families, older adults. Linda specializes in working with those from military and emergency service backgrounds. She has an understanding of the consistent pressure working within these environments and the impact on the individual.
