About me

I’m a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, accredited by the BABCP, with specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, sports psychology, and couples therapy.

I work with a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, burnout, and relationship issues.

I also support individuals who are high-functioning but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting to make meaningful change. My therapeutic style is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each person I work with.

I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded, where you feel listened to, challenged when needed, and genuinely understood.

Therapy with me is practical and focused, but also compassionate and down-to-earth.

Whether we’re working with long-standing patterns or recent difficulties, I’ll help you explore what’s going on, make sense of it, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I use a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your needs, primarily CBT, EMDR and couples therapy, but also elements of ACT.

I have a particular interest in helping people navigate change, overcome self-doubt, and build resilience in both personal and professional settings. I believe effective therapy is built on honesty, trust, and the right therapeutic relationship.

If you're looking for support that's professional yet human, focused but flexible, I’d be happy to help.
