I specialise as a CBT Therapist, EMDR Practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and clinical Supervisor. In addition to this I am also the Clinical Lead of Clinical Hub Ltd. I have been in clinical practice for over 10 years. My specialist key area for treatment is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) including childhood abuse, adverse childhood events, sexual abuse and singular traumatic incidents. Alongside treating PTSD I am also experienced in assessing and treating a wide range of anxiety and mood disorders in adults including Depression, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), General Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Panic Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Specific Phobias.
