About me

My name is Kubra, I am an Accredited CBT Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapists.

I specialise as a CBT Therapist, EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Clinical Supervisor for high and low intensity CBT and the Clinical Lead of Clinical Hub Ltd.

I have been in clinical practice for over 10 years.

My specialist key area for treatment is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) including childhood abuse, adverse childhood events, sexual abuse and singular traumatic incidents.

Alongside treating PTSD I am also experienced in assessing and treating a wide range of anxiety and mood disorders in adults including Depression, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), General Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Panic Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Specific Phobias.
