About me

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2009. Since this time, I have worked in the NHS across a range of settings, including, adult mental health, rehabilitation and physical health. I have worked in both inpatient wards and outpatient departments. My work has included adults presenting with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, phobias, physical and neurological problems. I also provide support for relationship and work related stress. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure that they are progressing towards meaningful goals and the positive changes that they want to see.
