Book a sessionI offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven and evidence-based approach for a wide range of common mental health difficulties. These may include anxiety, low mood or depression, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), intrusive thoughts, specific phobias (such as fear of needles or vomiting), panic, and health anxiety. I have a particular interest in helping clients build emotional regulation skills and supporting those who have experienced trauma. I also have extensive experience adapting therapy for individuals with neurodevelopmental needs, including autism and ADHD. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, gain insight into what’s keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to move forward. Together, we work at your pace to help you build resilience, confidence, and lasting change.
