About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20yrs clinical experience working in adult mental health in the NHS in both community mental health teams and acute settings.

Clinically I provide bespoke formulation based psychological therapy including EMDR, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches (including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), Couple and Systemic Therapy and integrative therapy. Therapy can support the junctures of life whether they are current, recent or extended ripples from the past.

It is a personally bespoke process to help with our psychological, emotional and interpersonal needs and a navigation towards change. Therapeutically I can bring expertise in working with depression, anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, complex emotional needs, personality disorder, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, stress, phobias, relationship difficulties and interpersonal difficulties.
