I am a CBT and EMDR therapist nearly ten years of experience in mental health, having worked across both the NHS and private practice with a special interest in supporting individuals with Generalised Anxiety Disorder, OCD, PTSD and Panic. My role as a CBT and EMDR therapist is to create a welcoming environment where you can speak your truth without fear of judgment.
