About me

I'm Kelsey and I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

Together we will look at how your thoughts (worries, memories, beliefs), and behaviours (what you do/don’t do) may be contributing to and maintaining your difficulties.

I will teach you tools and strategies to bring about positive and lasting change in your thoughts and behaviours.

My aim is that my clients leave therapy with skills and techniques they can confidently apply to make lasting changes.

Ultimately, I want to give you the resources to be your own therapist! I have nine years of experience delivering evidence-based therapies in the NHS.

I help adults struggling with a range of psychological health challenges. These include: Depression, general worries, panic, PTSD, stress, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem and insomnia.

I am here to listen without judgement, and to offer a warm and compassionate space to work through your difficulties.

I can support you in exploring your experience to better understand how your difficulties originated and why they're continuing.
