About me
I work collaboratively with clients, helping them to define goals and outcomes and using practical information and tools to achieve these.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and a registered member of both the British Psychological Society and Health and Care Professions Council UK.
I have 30 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist and coach working with wide range of settings and clients.
I draw on a range of approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches and solution-focused therapy.
