About me

I like to work collaboratively with clients, using their perspective, goals and outcomes and helping them to use psychological knowledge and tools to widen the possibilities and choices available. I am a Clinical Psychologist and a registered member of both the British Psychological Society and Health and Care Professions Council UK. I have 25 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist and coach working with wide range of settings and clients. I offer support with managing anxiety, depression and building self-confidence, planning and adapting to change. I draw on a range of approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches and solution-focused therapy.
