About me

Feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns? Do you find yourself caught in repetitive cycles, feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, despite your best efforts to change? You’re not alone.

Many people carry the weight of past experiences that shape how they relate to others and themselves, often without realising it.

Therapy can help uncover what’s going on beneath the surface and support you in creating lasting, meaningful change. I specialise in helping people with relationship difficulties; such as fear of closeness or rejection, difficulty trusting, insecurity, fear of conflict, or struggles expressing emotions and setting boundaries.

These patterns often stem from early experiences and can impact how safe, connected, or understood you feel in relationships. I’m a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with 12+ years’ NHS experience.

I use evidence-based therapies like CBT and DIT to support issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship problems.

I offer a safe, compassionate space tailored to your individual needs.
