About me

Perhaps you’re noticing problems in your life, repeating patterns or difficulties in your relationships. I can help you to reflect, gain awareness, and support you to make changes to move forwards in life. I will provide a safe space where you can feel like someone is on your team. I have expertise working with people who are struggling with big life transitions, emotions, childhood memories, loneliness, relationships, depression and anxiety. I use an integrative approach including Schema Therapy, CBT tools and Person Centred Therapy to make sure the way we work suits your particular needs. The therapist client relationship is an important indicator for successful therapy. If what you have read so far resonates with you, please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss working together.
