With over 10 years of experience working within a variety of mental health settings, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem and PTSD. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where we can work together to identify patterns of thought and behaviour that may be holding you back. I am passionate about empowering people to better understand themselves, reducing the impact of their negative thoughts, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Every journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy keeping active (I love going to the gym, running and playing sports) and spending time with my family.
