Through CBT, I guide people in recognising and challenging thought patterns, fostering healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, focusing on empowering individuals to develop practical skills that promote lasting emotional well-being and personal growth. No matter the presenting issue, my goal is to provide a supportive and structured environment for positive change. I have 7 years experience and have been an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) since October 2020. I have have experience in working in Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), high intensity CBT services, as well as working in my own private practice.
