About me

I am Jess, I have worked in mental health since I graduated from Northumbria University as a Mental health nurse in 2006, I trained in 2009 as a CBT therapist and now currently work as a CBT Lead for an organisation in the UK.

My past experience is working in the NHS, cooperate sector working with occupational health services and also the charity Combat Stress working with military veterans.

In my sessions I use my CBT as my main form of treatment but also pull in my knowledge as a mental health nurse to support you on your journey.
