She has worked extensively across NHS and private settings, and her practice is rooted in making therapy accessible, inclusive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is a fully accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and group Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT for groups). This broad evidence-based training allows her to create personalised treatment plans that support lasting, meaningful change. Jenny consistently achieves excellent outcomes and recovery rates, thanks to her ability to see the person—not just the problem. She works collaboratively with clients to co-create therapy plans that reflect their goals, strengths, and lived experience. Her approach is warm, respectful, and emotionally attuned, helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported from the very first session. She has particular expertise in neurodiversity-informed therapy. As a Neurodiversity Champion within the NHS and an Associate Lecturer at the University of Chester, Jenny specialises in adapting therapy for autistic and ADHD clients—affirming identity, respecting communication preferences, and creating emotionally safe spaces for exploration and growth. She has a special interest in supporting clients navigating masking and rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), and works with deep clinical understanding to help individuals build self-compassion, resilience, and authentic connection. Jenny also supervises fellow therapists and contributes to the development of inclusive, neuroaffirming practice through education and mentorship.
