Feeling stuck in patterns of worry, overthinking or self-doubt? Together, we'll understand what's keeping you stuck and find practical ways to move forward.
Book a sessionI’m a CBT therapist who believes therapy works best when it feels like something we do together, rather than something that is done to you.
My approach is warm, curious and practical.
I’ll take the time to really understand your individual experience and, together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I like to help people understand not only what they are experiencing, but why it may be happening and what we can do differently to create meaningful change.
I have experience supporting adults with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, worry, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, PTSD, low self-esteem and difficulties with perfectionism.
Before qualifying as a CBT therapist, I also worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, giving me experience supporting people across different levels of need.
CBT with me is collaborative and active.
We might explore how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact, experiment with doing things differently, or gradually face situations that anxiety has encouraged you to avoid.
I won’t expect one approach to fit everyone — we’ll adapt the work to you, your goals and what matters in your life.
Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood and approach difficult experiences without judgement.
My goal is not simply to give you techniques, but to help you develop an understanding and set of skills that you can continue using long after therapy ends.
