My background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, EMDR training, a BSc in Mental Health Nursing, and certification as a Life Coach. This combination of expertise allows me to offer a flexible, personalised approach to therapy—one that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, health anxiety, perfectionism, grief, stress and psychosis. I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health, offering support to parents and parents-to-be during pregnancy, after birth, and throughout the early parenting years.
