I believe that people already carry a great deal of strength and resilience within them but maybe you feel that you have used these all up and don't know what to do now? My role is to walk alongside you as we gently explore and make sense of what's been happening and help you discover that small, meaningful changes can make a BIG difference in supporting you to move on, achieve your goals and develop your full potential. I am a qualified counsellor and cognitive behavioural therapist with over twenty years experience of working with a wide variety of people and issues. My interests are stress, depression, anxiety, worry, menopause, self esteem and long term conditions. I also teach mindfulness based cognitive therapy and stress reduction.
