About me

Life isn’t always easy.

Whether it’s stress, unexpected changes, or the weight of everyday pressures, we can all end up feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain exhausted.

Maybe it’s work, relationships, family, or the sense that life is moving differently to how you expected —whatever it is, you’re not alone in feeling this way. But would you like your truth to be different to this? What if you could face challenges with more confidence, clarity, and resilience? What if you could take control of your own mind? I help people just like you move from surviving to thriving.

Together, we’ll unpack what’s holding you back, build practical tools to handle tough moments, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. With over twenty years of experience as a counsellor, cognitive behavioural therapist, and coach, I’ve supported people through stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, major life changes, and everything in between.

Most recently, I have developed knowledge and skills to help women successfully navigate their menopause.

My no-fluff approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to you—because everyone’s story is different.

I offer practical strategies that have been proven to work.

In a world that often feels chaotic, having the skills to navigate it with purpose and calm is a game-changer.

You deserve to feel in control, capable, and hopeful about what’s next.

Let's work together to see how this might happen for you.
