I provide treatment for individuals struggling with a range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety disorders (i.e., generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, health anxiety and phobias), Body Dysmorphic Disorder, PTSD and trauma. I have completed additional training in long-term health conditions so my approach can be adapted to support those living with physical health difficulties. Making time for reflection and understanding the impact our physical health can have on our mental health. As well as my CBT diploma, I have a Batchelors of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology, Masters of Science (MSc) in Foundations in Clinical Psychology and a Masters of Research (MRes) in Psychology. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) to support you in obtaining your goals. Therapy is led by you and driven by values-goals. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss expectations for treatment, my approach and to answer any questions you may have.
