I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years’ experience in the NHS, currently working in services supporting people later in life.

I work collaboratively using psychological formulations to understand your experiences in the context of your life story.

I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore low mood, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or the emotional impact of loss or caregiving.

I hold a Masters in Cognitive Neuroscience with additional experience in DBT skills.
