About me

Hi I'm Gurj, As a mental health professional with qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person Centred Counselling, I have the skills and expertise to support individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and genders with their mental health difficulties. By utilising CBT techniques, I can help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to their mental health difficulties. Additionally, my Person-Centred approach allows me to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences at their own pace. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to support their journey towards improved mental well-being and overall quality of life. Therapy sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams or telephone, and face-to-face therapy is also available. We offer same day and next day appointments (based on availability) giving you and your loved ones instant access to the mental well-being support you need. Choosing a therapist can be anxiety provoking and I want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. You can contact me on 07488385863 or Gurjit_dhamret@hotmail.com and we can book in a free 30 minute consultation to discuss how we can best support you.
