Additionally, my Person-Centred approach allows me to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences at their own pace. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to support their journey towards improved mental well-being and overall quality of life. Therapy sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams or telephone, and face-to-face therapy is also available.
