About me

Choosing a therapist can feel like a big step, so it's important to find someone you feel comfortable with.

I aim to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I have over 15 years' experience working in mental health and am a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist.

Alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I've trained in Behavioural Couples Therapy and Person-Centred Counselling, allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs while drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches.

I work collaboratively with people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Together, we'll develop a shared understanding of what's keeping you stuck and identify practical strategies to help you move towards the life you want to live. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-focused.

I believe therapy isn't about 'fixing' you - it's about helping you recognise your strengths, develop new skills, and build confidence to navigate life's challenges long after therapy has ended.
