This gave me the motivation to train as a CBT therapist and the experience of being on both sides of the therapy room has been invaluable. I have over ten years of experience providing CBT support to a wide range of anxiety disorders, trauma, depression and low self-esteem. I understand how difficult making that first step can be. I provide a safe space to discuss your difficulties, and together we create a treatment plan to support you. I am a hardworking, self motivated individual that loves to learn. I offer a safe, open and honest environment. Between sessions, I focus on the work we are doing and devise individual treatment plans to help achieve your goals. I have worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and then qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and have worked as a senior in both roles.
