About me

I am an experienced mental health practitioner with many years of experiences in the NHS.

I am a deputy director of a CBT training course for severe mental illness, so draw on a broad range of experience, knowledge and skill. My clinical practice is always informed by the most recent clinical research, to ensure our work together is as effective a possible.

I often draw on research from more complex disorder, though at the same time ensure that therapy is tailored to your individual needs. It is important for me to make a difference for you, making therapy meaningful and sustainable for you.

My ultimate aim is to help you to become your own therapist, with deeper self awareness to help deal with all the stressors that modern society brings. I would look forward to discussing how we can work together in the near future,
