I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with experience working in the NHS for over 10 years, supporting people with depression and anxiety. This includes working with self esteem, addressing past difficulties, processing trauma and working through life transitions. I am also trained in EMDR, working with those experiencing complex trauma. And Cognitive Behavioural Couples Therapy, specialising in supporting couples who may be experiencing relationship distress or are experiencing depression. I ensure to incorporate other therapeutic approaches, such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to allow flexibility in how I work with clients and to adapt sessions to suit your needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential, so will aim to create a safe, supportive environment for us both to work together.
