Foske is an accredited counsellor, accredited CBT therapist, and accredited EMDR Consultant. In her current role as an NHS EMDR Lead, she is overseeing a Health Education England (HEE) 5-year project training and supervising 168 new EMDR therapists all over the UK. She also holds a caseload of NHS and private patients, offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Couple’s Therapy for Depression. She has 27 years worth of experience working in mental health services, mainly within the NHS, but also in the charity sector, with a Rape Crisis Service and Miscarriage Support Group. She works with depression, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Phobias, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Social Anxiety. Apart from supervising the HEE trainees, she also offers private supervision in CBT and EMDR to a range of therapists.
