Book a sessionI am an Assistant Psychologist offering Neurodiversity Coaching for adults, young people, and children, supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and other specific learning differences. My Therapeutic Approach: I take a person-centred approach with the aim to create a supportive and non-judgemental space to explore an individual's experiences, strengths, differences and goals at your own pace. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals to embrace diverse thinking, their unique capabilities and daily experiences. I aim to help individuals identify their individual strengths while developing tools and strategies that support confidence, wellbeing, and everyday functioning. My Experience: I have experience supporting children and young people with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and complex social and emotional needs. With a focus on topics such as emotion regulation, understanding diagnoses, developing executive functioning skills, and navigating relationships. Within this work I have also worked collaboratively with families to build understanding, communication resources, confidence, and practical strategies that support everyday wellbeing. I also have experience supporting adults with a range of complex needs, using CBT informed approaches, Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Framework and informed goal setting, to improve an individual's quality of life, build meaningful skills and recognising the strengths of neurodiversity. Neurodiversity Coaching: The sessions focus on exploring individual strengths and differences, setting goals, reflection and developing practical strategies. The coaching typically consists of six 30 minute sessions, and adults also have access to an AI companion to support their progress between sessions. When working with younger members, I may work directly with the young person or support parents in helping their child to develop strategies and understanding.
