About me

I deeply value the power of relationships to offer opportunities for shared dialogue and exploration. My hope is to co-create a warm and compassionate space in which all experiences can be explored and understood together. I tend to view my approach as eclectic and integrative, drawing upon evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, systemic and narrative approaches, as well as holding in mind the context and history of where these ideas came from. I also have an interest in mindfulness and engaging with nature as part of our wellbeing.
