About me

I offer a compassionate, person-centred approach that’s integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies. I am experienced in working with people coping with distress at different life stages.

as my NHS career has included work across the life span with young people, adults and older adults. Therapy is tailored to each individual through collaborative formulation and a shared understanding of what matters most.

My aim is to create a safe, confidential space where you feel heard and understood, and where therapy supports you in moving towards what matters most to you.

As a Christian, I can support members who have a faith perspective which they would like to be held in mind during therapy.
