During therapy, we will start by identifying the root cause of your difficulties, for example traumatic events, learned patterns or stress at work. We will also identify any thoughts or responses to situations that may be contributing to your difficulties. In our sessions, we will use a range of techniques based on up-to-date research to help you to reclaim your life and improve your wellbeing. These techniques may include challenging unhelpful thoughts, establishing boundaries for work/life balance, or trying a new opportunity.
