About me

Welcome. Recently you've wondered- could therapy be for you? It takes courage to take this first step; and I will do everything I can to help you along this journey. I have been qualified nearly 4 years, and practicing for 7. I am also a registered Yoga Teacher which you have the option of utilising. I have experience in many different areas (including difficulties for children), but mostly in acute adult mental health experiences, personality, attachment trauma, complex and/ traumatic experiences, psychosis/ unusual experiences. My skills include lower level or shorter periods of mental health issues as well, including but not limited to difficult grief, anxiety, low mood/ depression, OCD, difficulties in neurodivergence, gender identity/ sexuality. I have an authentic enthusiasm for helping my clients uncover their problems, worries or questions, and create something better for themselves.
