About me

I have supported a wide range of clients experiencing anxiety and depression, tailoring evidence-based approaches to meet individual needs and promote meaningful recovery. My work includes helping individuals with a broad spectrum of anxiety-related difficulties, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, separation anxiety, and selective mutism, as well as related conditions such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and health anxiety. My specialist area of expertise is Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), with valuable experience gained through working at the Taunton OCD Treatment Centre. This has enabled me to develop advanced skills in delivering effective, structured interventions for complex OCD presentations. I am known for my compassion, professionalism, and client-centred approach. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My primary focus is always on helping individuals build resilience, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting recovery.
