About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. Seeking support can feel like a significant step, and I aim to provide a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based therapy that helps people understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviours. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience. I work collaboratively with clients, recognising that you are the expert in your own life. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, self-doubt, or navigating a challenging life transition, I will tailor our work to your individual needs and goals. My aim is not simply to help you cope with difficulties, but to support you in building lasting skills that promote wellbeing and personal growth.
