My aim is to increase your understanding about what might be causing you distress and then to work together bringing about meaningful and lasting change. With over twenty-five years of experience as a therapist, I have a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities. While my practice has evolved, my current approach leans strongly towards Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My experience extends to working with a wide range of psychological difficulties, providing me with a comprehensive perspective on mental health challenges. I have been actively involved in mental health and therapy delivery for over forty years, serving in diverse settings and continuously refining my expertise.
