About me

Warmth and professionalism underpin my practice as a counsellor and therapist.

I have built on many years of clinical experience with continuous training in the field of trauma and it´s impact of our lives.

My stance is to provide client´s a meaningful and sensitive approach to the therapy process.

I specialise in the area of trauma and it´s impact on your relationship with yourself and with others.

It can be helpful to explore past experiences and how they may have impacted upon us but this doesn´t mean going over painful memories in a way that is overwhelming or unhelpful.

Some people prefer not to remember what happened in the past, for others the story is very important.

Our process follows what feels most helpful for you.

Therapy is not always easy and at times may feel like an extremely challenging process but I believe it has the power to be a transformational and enriching relationship, very much worthwhile.
