About me
I have 14 years’ experience working as an adult therapist and 10 years’ experience working as a children's therapist.
I started my career as an integrative counsellor, moving onto interpersonal psychotherapy, becoming a supervisor, and then a cognitive behavioural therapist.
During this period I have gained valuable experience working in many sectors including, a hospice, a hospital, working privately, working within the NHS and, more recently, with varied private health insurance clients.
I have been fortunate to work with so many inspirational patients, tutors, and colleagues to support my ongoing learning and help develop a wide perspective and flexibility to support working with every patient in alignment with their individual needs and goals.
I am a caring and conscientious person dedicated to patient care.
