I specialise in treating a wide range of mental health challenges, including social anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, generalised anxiety, depression, panic, perfectionism and phobias. In addition to CBT, I have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), which allows me to tailor treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual. My approach is supportive, patient, and collaborative. Together, we focus not only on the here and now but also explore how past experiences may influence current difficulties. By understanding what maintains the main problem, we can work collaboratively to set meaningful goals and develop a personalised treatment plan that empowers you to make lasting changes.
