I believe therapy should provide the opportunity to slow down, feel heard, and openly explore factors that may be impacting your wellbeing. My sessions are primarily rooted in an evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, while drawing on tools from other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Each therapy session is tailored to you as an individual, drawing on compassion, curiosity, and collaboration to support meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for you. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals with PTSD, general anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, long-term health conditions, phobias, PTSD, low self-esteem, and perinatal distress. Alongside CBT, I have a background in Occupational Therapy which allows me to bring a thoughtful and holistic perspective to the therapy process.
