I use integrative talking therapy to assist people with common mental health difficulties, such as low mood, anxiety, and worries, as well as personal crises, past traumas, and overwhelming emotions. Ultimately, good therapy does not simply focus on symptoms and problems, but on finding ways to live a meaningful life. Therefore, I aim to assist people in moving from a place of coping to living with greater authenticity, meaning, love, and connection.
