She specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has furthered her expertise by training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Known for her reflective, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach, Asni strives to create a supportive and comfortable environment for her clients. She takes a person-centered approach, recognizing each individual’s unique experiences and challenges. By working collaboratively, she helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their difficulties and empowers them to work toward meaningful personal growth and fulfillment. Asni has extensive experience treating a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, disordered eating, low self-esteem, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety, specific phobias, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, and long-term conditions. She has a particular interest in disordered eating and body image difficulties and has completed CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) training with CREDO (Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford), University of Oxford. CBT-E is the leading evidence-based treatment for adults with eating disorders and is endorsed by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence). To further enhance her work in this area, she has also trained in Intuitive Eating. As a dedicated and reflective practitioner, Asni engages in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure she continues to provide the highest standard of care for her clients.
