About me

Angeliki is a Senior Clinical Psychologist working at South London and the Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, alongside private practice. Angeliki has over 12 years of experience in the NHS, and has worked in a range of specialist services. She has provided interventions for people with psychosis, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, trauma and PTSD, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, depression, stress and burnout. Angeliki has also worked at the National and Specialist Eating Disorder service at Maudsley Hospital and carried out her doctoral research on Body Dysmorphic Disorder, so can work with eating difficulties and body image issues. Angeliki has a warm, empathic and down to earth style. She works collaboratively to help you identify what is keeping you stuck and to set goals for changes that are important for you. She believes you have the answers and will be alongside you on the journey of exploring, understanding yourself and providing a space for you to grow and heal, opening up new possibilities for the future. Angeliki works integratively, using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). She completed her doctoral training as a Clinical Psychologist at Canterbury Christ Church University and is registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). She has completed post-qualification training in CBT, obtaining a post-graduate diploma from King’s College London. She is also EMDR Europe accredited.
