About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of experience in mental health practice and research, and currently also hold a NHS post.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and to live a life according to what they value; my aim is to create a compassionate and non-judgemental therapeutic space where I can support your journey towards this.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I draw from a range of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), systemic, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Together, we will find a way forward that aligns with your values and goals.
