About me

10+ years of experience working within the NHS and in private sectors including giving workshops and talks to The Guardian and Channel 4 to help with workplace stress. ✨A bit about myself✨: As someone who had a late diagnosis of ADHD, I went on a journey to change the narrative of some of the negative thoughts and beliefs I had about myself. Not only can I regulate my emotions much better but I now work WITH myself rather than AGAINST. ⪢ I can teach you to do the same ⪡ My extensive background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, combined with my personal and professional experience with ADHD, equips me to provide thorough and insightful assessments, as well as tailored interventions to support you in managing yoursymptoms and improving your quality of life. My professional experience has honed my skills in also assessing and treating a wide range of psychological conditions ( Depression, Phobias, PTSD, OCD etc) ensuring that you will receive the highest standard of care. For example I have helped people overcome their flying phobia, blood, phobia and more. The goal is for me to actively listen as well as suggesting techniques and interventions to help the you gain insight, cope with challenges and take actionable steps so we can get as close to your goal as possible. You bring yourself - willingness, worries and anything else - and we work together, side by side, until you feel ready to go forward without me. Process your feelings without the need to censor yourself. Transformational progress that makes a real difference is within reach—all it takes is that first small step forward.
