I offer compassionate, person-centred coaching for ADHD, autism, and learning differences—grounded in curiosity and psychological insight to build self-understanding, and empower individuals to thrive
Book a sessionI’m an Assistant Psychologist currently offering neurodiversity coaching for individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other specific learning differences. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals feel supported to explore their strengths, challenges, and goals in a way that feels authentic to them. Over the past year, I’ve coached individuals from a range of backgrounds using evidence-based approaches such as behavioural activation, structured goal setting, and CBT-informed techniques, including values-based frameworks. I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and believe strongly in the importance of recognising and embracing the diversity of how people think, feel, and work. I deeply value the unique strengths that come with neurodiversity, and I work to empower individuals to recognise and embrace these strengths in meaningful, self-defined ways. I also bring specialist knowledge in workplace wellbeing and organisational psychology, which allows me to support clients navigating work-related difficulties, including communication, focus, and self-advocacy. Above all, I believe in meeting people where they are, working collaboratively to build self-awareness, confidence, and practical tools to support both personal growth and wellbeing.
