About me

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with experience delivering evidence-based interventions for a range of common mental health difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, and low self-esteem for both young people and adults.

I have experience adapting CBT for neurodiversity and supporting individuals experiencing neurodiversity-related challenges (Autism and ADHD).

In addition, I also have experience supporting individuals who are experiencing unusual experiences and are at high risk of developing psychosis.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each individual.

I am passionate about building a warm, therapeutic relationship where I can support clients to develop practical skills to manage distress, and create meaningful lasting change.
