My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening, understand why you feel the way you do, and support you in building tools that genuinely make life feel lighter. You might be struggling with overthinking, burnout, low mood, panic, perfectionism, or a sense that you’re not coping as well as you “should”. These experiences can affect your confidence, relationships, work, and overall wellbeing. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and explore what you need, without judgement or pressure. My approach is grounded in evidence‑based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I tailor sessions to your pace, your goals, and your lived experience.
